Chemical Products and Returns
For safety and quality-control reasons, chemical products generally cannot be returned after delivery if the original packaging has been opened, used, contaminated, relabeled, or improperly stored.
We may accept an unopened return only when:
- The return has been approved by us in writing.
- The product remains in its original packaging.
- The product has been stored according to the applicable storage requirements.
- The product has not been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or damaged.
- The applicable law and transportation requirements permit the return.
Do not ship chemical products back without receiving written return instructions from us.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The quantity delivered is incorrect.
- The packaging is visibly damaged.
- The product appears to have been damaged during transportation.
- The product does not correspond to the agreed specification.
- Required documentation is materially inconsistent with the agreed order.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs, packaging information, batch/lot numbers, delivery records, COA documentation, or other information necessary to investigate the claim.
